While most contracting opportunities will fall under the TBA’s Construction Management Agreement, there are also opportunities that will be procured directly by the Tennessee Titans. These opportunities range from signage to FF&E to supporting infrastructure projects, and this page will outline RFP announcements and instructions.

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Standard Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, including warehousing (as needed), logistics, and installation

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Manufacture and/or furnish all standard furniture per approved specifications, finish schedules, and shop drawings;

• Coordination, logistics support, and ultimate delivery of the furniture to the site and final location with the project team to align with the construction and installation schedule;

• Assemble and install furniture according to approved layout drawings and manufacturer instructions;

• Provide short-term warehousing, as identified, to support phased installation as areas are completed; and

• Overall compliance with the Stadium Plans and Specifications, and the drawings that will be provided as an exhibit to the RFP. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

• Proposals are compliant with the specifications and plans provided within the RFP

• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

• Firms are to have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparably scaled projects, with at least two (2) of the five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or other large professional sports and entertainment venues within the last five (5) years.

The anticipated timeline for the process is (updated to include the closing date):

• Targeted RFP Release Date: November 17, 2025

• Note: There is a Planned Addendum #001 to provide Volume VII the Week of November 24, 2025, once it is completed (the original RFP will include Volumes V & VI).

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Complete any design and submittals for companion seating (i.e. art work for graphics where applicable and color matching).

• Furnish and deliver all seating.

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

• Updated: RFP Closing Date: March 20, 2026

Opportunity: Request for Proposal for Bowl Padding

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Complete any design and submittals for a complete bowl padding scope (i.e. art work for graphics where applicable and color matching).

• Furnish, deliver, and install all padding.

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

Opportunity: Warehousing, Logistics, & Installation Services for Custom Premium Furniture and/or Custom Fixed Suite Chairs

Reader-Whaler Purchasing Partners is acting as the procurement agent on behalf of the stadium project for all custom premium furniture and the custom suite fixed seating chairs. This scope will generally include the resources necessary to support warehousing, logistical needs, and installation services this custom furniture package.  As the procurement plan reaches completion, this scope may be bid as one or two packages.

The anticipated timeline to start this proposal process is Spring 2026:

• Outreach April 2026

• Bidding Opens May 2026

• Award June 2026

• Warehouse Period Starts September 2026

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Indoor Food & Beverage Carts, Portables, and Speed/Concession lanes – completion of design and engineering, furnish, and install.

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Complete any design and engineering for all portable carts, condiment carts, and speed and concession lanes based on a basis of design prepared by the Titans and the stadium design team.

• Fabricate, furnish and install portables and lanes per final design and specifications.

The anticipated minimum requirements to be qualified for this package are:

• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

• Recent experience working with frictionless point of sale.

• Firms are able to demonstrate full capabilities and have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparably scaled projects, with at least two (2) of the five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or other large professional sports and entertainment venues within the last five (5) year

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

• Updated: RFP Release Date: December 22, 2025  

• Updated: RFP Closing Date: January 30, 2026
