While most contracting opportunities will fall under the TBA’s Construction Management Agreement, there are also opportunities that will be procured directly by the Tennessee Titans. These opportunities range from signage, to FF&E, to supporting infrastructure projects, and this page will outline RFP announcements and instructions.

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Prefabricated Locker, including installation

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Furnish specified locker units and benches per approved drawings and finish schedule; 

• Coordinate delivery to match site readiness and construction milestones

• Install lockers and assemble associated benches in designated areas per installation drawings and layout plans;

• Ensure proper anchoring, alignment, and compliance with project standards; and

• Overall compliance with the Stadium Plans and Specifications will be provided as an exhibit to the RFP. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

• Proposals are compliant with the specifications and plans provided within the RFP

• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

• Firms are to have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparably scaled projects, with at least two (2) of the five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or other large professional sports and entertainment venues within the last five (5) years.

The anticipated timeline for the process is (still current):

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Standard Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, including warehousing (as needed), logistics, and installation

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Manufacture and/or furnish all standard furniture per approved specifications, finish schedules, and shop drawings;

• Coordination, logistics support, and ultimate delivery of the furniture to the site and final location with the project team to align with the construction and installation schedule;

• Assemble and install furniture according to approved layout drawings and manufacturer instructions;

• Provide short-term warehousing, as identified, to support phased installation as areas are completed; and

• Overall compliance with the Stadium Plans and Specifications, and the drawings that will be provided as an exhibit to the RFP. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

• Proposals are compliant with the specifications and plans provided within the RFP

• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

• Firms are to have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparably scaled projects, with at least two (2) of the five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or other large professional sports and entertainment venues within the last five (5) years.

• Note: There is a Planned Addendum #001 to provide Volume VII the Week of November 24, 2025, once it is completed (the original RFP will include Volumes V & VI).

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for New Stadium Video Production System, including delegated design and engineering, furnishing, and installation

Work under this Contract includes all labor, materials, tools, transportation services, supervision, coordination, etc., necessary to complete the installation of the Video Production System, as described in these specifications and illustrated on the associated drawings. The systems shall be called the “Video Production System” and the installer the “Video Production Installer”. The systems include the following major items:

1. Video Control Room Technology

2. All electrical distribution within each system at each installation point

3. Technical millwork and furniture consoles

The nature of the contract is “design-build”. The installer is responsible for all subsequent design and engineering (delegated design) not included within the RFP documents. The Installer is responsible for providing all components necessary for a complete and operational system. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

• Proposals are compliant with the specifications and plans provided within the RFP

• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

• Firms are to have experience on at least three (3) relevant and comparably scaled NFL Stadiums or other Major Professional arenas or stadiums projects within the last three (3) years.

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

• Updated: RFP Release Date: October 28, 2025

• Updated: RFP Closing Date: December 5, 2025

Opportunity: Request for Qualifications for New Stadium Outdoor Food & Beverage Kiosks design and engineering, furnishing, and installation

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Complete design and engineering, fabrication and install of two self-contained outdoor F&B Kiosks planned for the South Plaza based on the basis of design established by the Titans and the stadium design team.

• Coordination, logistics support, and ultimate delivery and install of the kiosks to the site and final location with the project team to align with the construction and installation schedule.

The anticipated minimum requirements to be qualified for this package are:

• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

• Firms are able to demonstrate full capabilities and have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparably scaled projects, with at least two (2) of the five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or other large professional sports and entertainment venues within the last five (5) years.

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

• Updated: RFP Release Date: December 1, 2025

• Updated: RFP Closing Date: December 19, 2025

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for IPTV – completion of design and engineering, furnish, and install.

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Complete design and engineering, and support final product selection for the full IPTV Scope.

• Furnish and install all IPTV equipment and products per final design and specifications by February 17, 2027.

The anticipated minimum requirements to be qualified for this package are:

• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

• Firms are able to demonstrate full capabilities and have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparably scaled projects, with at least two (2) of the five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or other large professional sports and entertainment venues within the last five (5) year

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Indoor Food & Beverage Carts, Portables, and Speed/Concession lanes – completion of design and engineering, furnish, and install.

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

• Complete any design and engineering for all portable carts, condiment carts, and speed and concession lanes based on a basis of design prepared by the Titans and the stadium design team.

• Fabricate, furnish and install portables and lanes per final design and specifications.

The anticipated minimum requirements to be qualified for this package are:

• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

• Recent experience working with frictionless point of sale.

• Firms are able to demonstrate full capabilities and have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparably scaled projects, with at least two (2) of the five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or other large professional sports and entertainment venues within the last five (5) year

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

• Updated: RFP Release Date: December 22, 2025  

• Updated: RFP Closing Date: January 28, 2026
