Overview of Titans / Owner Direct Opportunities

While most contracting opportunities will fall under the TBA’s Construction Management Agreement, there are also opportunities that will be procured directly by the Tennessee Titans. These opportunities range from signage, to FF&E, to supporting infrastructure projects, and this page will outline RFP announcements and instructions.

Upcoming Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Concert Blackout Curtains - Engineering, Fabrication, and Install – Opening Mid-February 2025

The scope of work for this RFP shall include the final design, fabrication, installation and other requirements necessary to deliver complete Systems for the Project performed in accordance with the Stadium Plans and Specifications, and the drawings that will be provided as an exhibit to the RFP. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

  • Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

  • Proposals are compliant with specifications and plans provided within RFP

  • Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

  • Firms are to have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparable projects, with at least two (2) of five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or Major Professional Arenas within the last five (5) years.

Upcoming Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Naming Rights Signage Package, Engineering, Fabrication, and Install – Opening Late-February, 2025

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

  • Submission contains all information requested within the RFP

  • Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

  • Proposals are compliant with specifications and plans provided within RFP

  • Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

Upcoming Opportunity: Request for Proposals for South Plaza Food & Beverage Kiosks,  Package No. 1 Engineering, Fabrication, and Install – Opening Early March 2025

The scope of work for this RFP shall include the final design, fabrication, installation and other requirements necessary to deliver complete Systems for the Project performed in accordance with the Stadium Plans and Specifications, and the drawings that will be provided as an exhibit to the RFP. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

  • Submission contains all information requested within the RFP

  • Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

  • Proposals are compliant with specifications and plans provided within RFP

  • Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

  • Firms have experience providing similar goods and services within the last five (5) years on at least three (3) similar scopes

Upcoming Opportunity: Subcontractors to Garney Construction for the East Bank Regional Sanitary Sewer Lift Station

Garney Construction is the General Contractor for the East Bank Regional Sanitary Sewer Lift Station in Nashville, TN. This project is a Progressive Design-Build, and Garney has partnered with SSR as the Design Engineer. The project owner is Metro Water Services (MWS) and being developed in partnership with Tennessee Stadium, LLC (Titans).

GMP 1 & 2: Please note that bidding has closed as of February 11, 2025.

GMP3: Spring 2025

Garney will be submitting pricing to the Owner for the final Construction Phase (”GMP3”) on June 6th, 2025. The GMP3 Design Documents, and associated bid packages, will be available to any interested vendors/subcontractors by April 16th, 2025.

These bids will be due to Garney by May 21st, 2025. GMP3 contracts will be awarded immediately following Owner approval of Garney’s GMP3 pricing, approximately June 20th, 2025.

Garney is looking to receive bids based off the GMP3 Design Documents for the following scopes:

  • Division 02 – final asphalt/paving, final site fencing

  • Division 04 – masonry subcontractor

  • Division 05 – supply miscellaneous metals, furnish & install steel trusses, furnish & install steel bar joists

  • Division 07 – furnish & install metal deck roofing, joint sealants

  • Division 08 – furnish & install metal doors and frames, furnish & install motorized overhead doors

  • Division 09 – epoxy coatings & equipment/pipe painting subcontractor

  • Division 10 – supply building signage

  • Division 14 – furnish & install bridge crane

  • Division 15 – furnish & install odor control duct, supply interior ductile iron pipe, stainless-steel pipe supports

  • HVAC subcontractor, furnish & install louvers and fire protection

  • Division 17 – instrumentation and controls (includes magnetic flowmeter & system integration)

Upcoming Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Construction Management Services and Bids for the completion of the New South 2nd Street Roadway and Infrastructure Project – Opening Monday, April 7, 2025.

Tennessee Football, Inc. (“Tennessee Titans” or “Titans” or “Developer”), in partnership with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and the Metropolitan Sports Authority (“Metro”), will be issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified firms to be responsible for construction management services for the Project. Interested Construction Management Firms are asked to submit proposals and lump sum bids, assembling a team of highly qualified sub-contractors and vendors.

The Project is the new, realigned Second Street that will integrate the Stadium into the neighborhood and is a joint project between the Developer and Metro. The current Second Street is within the Stadium Project’s footprint at the western boundary. The realigned Second Street will reconnect the site from Shelby / Korean Veterans Boulevard and Woodland Street at completion.

The Project shall be completed in phases to align with the sequencing of stadium construction, the demolition of existing Nissan Stadium, the demolition of the Juvenile Justice Center, and other regional infrastructure work. The work will also need to coordinate with ongoing events.

The Project will seek a minimum overall participation goal of 25% of contract value with business enterprises that are Small, Minority, and/or Women-Owned. The project is especially focused on the areas of economic and workforce mobility in the Middle Tennessee community and Proponents are also highly encouraged to utilize local suppliers and partners.

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

  • RFP Release: Monday, April 7, 2025

  • Preproposal Conference: Wednesday, April 9, 2025 (time TBD)

  • RFP Closing: Friday, May 9, 2025

  • NTP: no later than June 23, 2025
